A 4th generation Prescottonian, obtained his Real Estate license in May of 1977. "It's difficult to imagine that 42 years has just flown by, but when you're doing what you love, that's the way it's supposed to be". After starting with one of Prescott's originals, Pauley and Mcdonald Realtors, Vince opened his own brokerage in Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Chino Valley. Scot currently serves as a Commercial/Residential Real Estate Agent with Iannelli
&Associates. He is also the president and chairman of Pacific West Development,
Inc., a privately held residential homebuilder in Prescott, AZ. He managed all
daily operations including the complete home construction cycle, site selection,
land acquisitions and development. Scot has completed the construction of

commercial general contractor, having been the project manager/consultant on
