This letter is my personal recommendation for Bill Iannelli and the incredible service that he provided to me throughout the recent sale of my home. Bill and I first became acquainted late last year prior to my decision to market or foreclose on my home. The market conditions where horrendous and sales activity was nearly nonexistent. At the time I was desperate to sell the house for any price and knew from personal experience that dealing with the banks to accommodate a sale would be a grueling experience and I was not prepared to take that job on without an expert. After first  talking with Bill he immediately referred me a choice of legal representation to review my situation and be 100% confident that all legal details were in order prior to moving forward. After agreement to move forward without deal ending legal issues, he immediately  began marketing the house and surprisingly  located a willing buyer and an offer was accepted. In most cases, there are a number of simple issues to complete prior to closing, however, just like everything else these days we were presented with  obstacle after obstacle to overcome.......Bill not only kept me informed of each and every issue he took personal responsibility to insure that everything was completed in record time and  fair pricing for all the work that had to be completed. I know that he worked harder to close this sale than most, however no issue or obstacle was too much to overcome. A little over 90 days after signing the sale agreement we closed successfully.  I mentioned earlier that Bill is an expert and I may have understated that assessment – he is a master! He understands how to deal with banks to get the best possible settlement, knows the best contractors to complete quality work with incredibly tight time frames , and simply knows how to get the job done. I was constantly inspired by his never give in or give up mentality and under any circumstances it was a true pleasure to have him represent me in the entire process.
The final outcome of the sale has been a long awaited blessing for my family and the outcome far exceeded any expectations that I had when this all began, I am happy for anyone to contact me to provide more information!
