Meet our Team of Professionals
Bill Iannelli: I am a fourth generation native of Arizona, born and raised in Prescott Arizona. After high school I ventured to the big city and attended Phoenix College on a basketball scholarship. From big city to small town I finished my education and basketball career at Chadron State College in Chadron Nebraska earning a Bachelor of Science in education. I have been selling real estate for 21 years, starting in Prescott and now the beautiful valley of the sun for the past 12 years.
My experience has allowed me the opportunity to develop multi dwelling units, custom homes and commerical projects. Owning rental properties allows me to fully understand what the small and large investor are looking for. I take great pride in finding the right fit for the buyer. From first time home buyers to savvy investors regardless of price and location I will find it. Wether you need your property sold or need an agent for purchasing property I have a program that will fit. My radio show "Real Estate Matters." is a marketing tool that is very unique in the industry.
You will receive my personal attention on every transaction. Price and area are not a factor for me I work the entire valley for buyers and sellers alike. You will receive aggresive negotiation skills for buyer and seller representation. We also have the people and programs to develop small commerical and residential projects throughout the state.
Diana Jodoin: For buyers looking for homes or other real estate opportunities here in Phoenix or other surrounding communities in Maricopa County, AZ, I will work with you to find your ideal home. I will provide you with all of the necessary tools for finding the right property. Once we've narrowed down what you are looking for, we can begin the home showing process so you can get a closer look at the homes that should be a good fit. I help negotiate the best possible deal for my clients with each and every real estate transaction.
With a background in Escrow, I understand the needs and worries of the first time buyer. It can be a simultaneously scary and exciting venture. As a single woman moving across the country from Connecticut to Arizona, and buying a place to live alone, I also understand the importance for a single, independent woman to buy real estate on her own. But whoever you are, and whatever your status, I am dedicated to helping all buyers and sellers.
For sellers, it is my commitment to help sell your home or property in a timely fashion while helping you attain the highest possible price for your real estate. If you are interested in receiving a free home valuation, I encourage you to fill out my free home valuation form.
Like a chameleon, I have adapted to many changes of life, and my professional background reflects this. With a largely creative background in copywriting and graphic arts, the workforce did not always support my love of the arts. My attempt to pursue a freelance writing career started shortly before September 11, 2001. This attempt collapsed as well. As companies tightened their belts, there was less and less room for creative marketing in the budgets.
I am a designated Phoenix Realtor which means I maintain the highest possible standards as a real estate agent. The Realtor designation means that I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and act according to a specific code Realtor ethics which guarantees the optimum level of service for your real estate needs when buying or selling a home, commercial property, or condo. Vince Fornara: A 4th generation Prescottonian, obtained his Real Estate license in May of 1977. "It's difficult to imagine that 30 years has just flown by, but when you're doing what you love, that's the way it's supposed to be". After starting with one of Prescott's originals, Pauley and Mcdonald Realtors, Vince opened his own brokerage in Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Chino Valley. In 1990, he and his partner started Vista Del Lago, a manufactured hom subdivision, that grew to more than 325 home and lot packages. In addition, Vince has been involved from concept to completion on other residential and commercial projects including gas stations, apartment complexes, convenience stores, office buildings and custom homes.
Vince has appeared many times in front of "City Council" from the age of 19, in successful efforts to re-zone/plot/plan and design these projects. I enjoy the challenges of rewards of dealing with people in today's ever changing world of Real Estate. Problem solving and seeing good results is what has driven my desire to stay involved in sales and development over this many years.
"Growing up in Prescott, gives you plenty of opportunity to meet people, know the area, and get a grasp of what's going on in the community." "A lot of people have helped me, and in return, I hope I've helped a lot of people reach their goals. You can reach me at (928) 713-3195
